A: Anything that outputs "MRG Systems TTI" format. Such as The ZX Teletext Page Editor or perhaps edit.tf teletext editor
Q: What is this "TTI"?
It's a way to describe a teletext page. Here are the specifications: https://zxnet.co.uk/teletext/documents/ttiformat.pdf. Upon submitting a page, the backend forces a page number so that the page ends up to the correct slot. Feel free to write the TTI by hand and see what happens.
Q: What's the update delay after submission?
A: After submitting a new teletext page it takes a second or two to process it. The website mosaic update interval is around 5 seconds. The big mosaic TV has update interval of 20s. The real livingroom TV will update the Teletext pages when it changes the shown videoclip that have duration of around two minutes..
